CAL - OREGON WINE APPRECIATION CLUB

 

Our next few wine club meetings are scheduled for Friday March 20, Friday April 24 and Friday May 22, 2026 @ 5:30pm in Brookings. If you have already contacted us or completed our brief Survey, then please await your Club email notice for our meeting location specifics and other details. If you have not previously reached-out to us, and are remotely interested in wine & socializing w/ wine, then please Register by taking our short Club Survey (link below). By completing our short Survey, your email address will be provided to us, and will allow us to reach-out to you with our meeting details. If you don't have 5 minutes to take our Survey, then you can inquire by using our Communication Form on this website, select the Communicate/Join-us page link in the left column. * Novemeber meeting will be a Holiday Blind Tasting event.

Our meetings (your first) are Free to all adults (>21 age) who wish to attend and may have interest in joining our wine club. All Attendees (each person or couple) are required to bring 1 bottle of wine & 1 appetizer (hot or cold), both to share with other attendees at our meetings. You are also required to bring your personal eating/drinking wares (1 or 2 for the following; wine glass, plate, silverware, napkin, personal seasonings, etc.) Normally our club members have been instructed to bring a specific wine (as the red wine), and/or a specific wine (pre-chilled as the white wine), having a reasonable specified $ range for your purchase cost. Our meetings are about 2-1/2 hours long and primarily be to socialize (get acquainted w/ each other) and for the founder (Barry) to briefly discuss the mission of our club and plans for our forthcoming meetings. If you choose to attend one of our meetings, and then decide to join our wine club, then it's best to come prepared w/ your cash or personal check (for our club annual dues); currently still $40/annually for a Single or $65/annually for a Couple (or Partner). Note: a $5 transaction fee is added for those who choose to pay online (this website "Communication Page") using our provided Paypal "Buy Now" links.

This Survey is not a test. This short survey provides you your initial registration to attend your 1st wine club meeting. It also allows us to better understand your overall interests in wine, and provides us your email contact so we can communicate with you further (such as providing you the meeting location, etc).
